Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Figventory, operated by Brick & Bodhi, LLC, a California limited liability company (“Company”).

By accessing or using Figventory, you agree to these Terms.

1. Beta Service Disclaimer

Figventory is provided in beta form.

You acknowledge that:

  • Features may change or be removed.
  • Data structures may change.
  • Data may be reset.
  • Downtime may occur.
  • No uptime guarantees are provided.
  • Paid tiers may be introduced in the future.

The service is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE.”

You are responsible for maintaining independent backups of important data.

2. Invite-Only Access

Access is discretionary.

We may suspend or terminate accounts at any time.

Invite codes may not be publicly distributed.

3. User Content & License

You retain ownership of your uploaded content.

You grant the Company a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to:

  • Process images for identification
  • Store and display inventory data
  • Perform buildability and pricing analysis

This license ends upon account deletion.

4. Third-Party Services

We integrate third-party services including Brickognize, BrickLink, Clerk, and Resend.

We are not responsible for:

  • Service outages
  • Data handling practices
  • API limitations
  • Changes in third-party pricing data

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Abuse API limits
  • Attempt to reverse engineer the service
  • Upload illegal content
  • Use automated scraping
  • Use the service for commercial resale analytics at scale without permission

The beta is intended for personal, non-commercial use.

6. Pricing Disclaimer

Pricing information is sourced from third parties and is provided for informational purposes only.

We do not provide financial, investment, or resale advice.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

Brick & Bodhi, LLC shall not be liable for:

  • Data loss
  • Financial loss
  • Pricing inaccuracies
  • Service interruption
  • Indirect or consequential damages

Total liability shall not exceed the greater of:

  • $50 USD
  • The amount you paid us in the prior 12 months (if any)

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Brick & Bodhi, LLC from claims arising out of:

  • Your uploaded content
  • Your misuse of the service
  • Your violation of these Terms

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.

Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in San Francisco County, California.

10. Termination

We may terminate accounts at our discretion.

You may delete your account at any time.

11. Intellectual Property

LEGO® is a trademark of The LEGO Group.

Figventory is an independent project and is not affiliated with or endorsed by The LEGO Group or other referenced entities.
