Privacy Policy

Figventory is operated by Brick & Bodhi, LLC, a California limited liability company (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).

Figventory is an invite-only beta web application that helps users identify, inventory, and analyze LEGO® parts and minifigures.

Figventory is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by The LEGO Group.

1. Information We Collect

We collect only the information reasonably necessary to operate the service.

A. Account Information

When you create an account through Clerk authentication, we receive:

• Name (if provided)
• Email address
• Authentication metadata (user ID, session data)

We do not store passwords. Authentication is handled by Clerk.

B. Uploaded Images

When you upload images:

• Images are stored in our database or storage infrastructure.
• Images are transmitted to Brickognize for identification processing.

Important: Images sent to Brickognize may be stored and used by Brickognize to improve its recognition model. By uploading images, you acknowledge and consent to this processing by Brickognize under its own privacy policy.

We do not use your images for advertising, resale, or unrelated AI training.

C. Inventory & Usage Data

We store:

• Identified parts and minifigures
• Container groupings
• Build suggestions and completion metrics
• Collection history
• Manual corrections
• Limited system logs (API timestamps, error logs, confidence scores)

Logs are retained only as necessary for system integrity and are anonymized where feasible upon account deletion.

We do not use behavioral tracking or advertising analytics.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use collected information solely to:

• Provide part identification services
• Analyze buildability
• Display third-party pricing data
• Maintain your inventory records
• Improve system performance

We do not sell personal information.

3. Third-Party Services

We rely on:

• Clerk (authentication)
• Brickognize (image recognition)
• BrickLink (pricing data)
• Resend (transactional email)

Each operates under its own privacy terms. We are not responsible for third-party data practices.

4. Data Retention

Data is retained until:

• You delete your account, or
• The beta program is discontinued.

We reserve the right to delete dormant accounts during beta testing.

5. Account Deletion

Upon deletion:

• Account data is removed
• Uploaded images are deleted from our storage
• Inventory data is removed
• Logs are anonymized where feasible

6. California Privacy Rights

California residents may request access to or deletion of personal information by contacting:

7. Data Security

We implement reasonable administrative and technical safeguards. However, no system can guarantee absolute security.

8. Children

Figventory is not intended for children under 13.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy. Continued use constitutes acceptance of updates.
